I unpacked a lot of my long lost plates today and tried to get some things organized. My kids were left to their own devices and did pretty well.
The boy misplaced his blanket yesterday after his nap. I found it, but decided rather than give it back and possibly make things harder for Friday, maybe the blanket will just be gone. He went to bed with no real issue. I was surprised but today was a little rough. Nap time especially was rough and no nap was taken. We had a huge HUGE giant sized probably the worst ever from him meltdown during bath time and he fell asleep early. I am hoping it won't be too long of this. I know it's hard for him.
Hoping for a brighter tomorrow.
Teaching consequences is not fun. Necessary, but not fun.
