I went to the store with the twins today. In the soup isle there was a cantankerous sort boldly declaring that he knew why animals in the wild ate their young and that he only had 2 grandchildren thank the goodness above and on and on...
It was irritating. But then I realized that nice comments outnumbered the horrible by a margin of 3 to 1. As I walked by I heard a woman say, "Oh how beautiful, aren't children such a blessing?" Two other people smiled and told me how adorable my children were and how blessed I am. You know what? I am. I really am.
