See it gives you a project and then you move from that project to the next and in the process you learn how to sew, and not only do you learn how to sew you learn how to LOVE sewing. This is what I need. So, I am pretty excited about it. The first projects are like making napkins and things but it ends teaching you how to read a pattern and make a shirt. It tells you everything you need and I just think it will be a good opportunity to learn how to sew and hopefully learn how to do things correctly. I tend to wing it and mess things up pretty good.
I have a sewing machine, but it's not very good it messes up the stitches sometimes and so maybe this will help me figure all of that technical detail stuff out, or inspire me to seek out a new machine. I don't know. Since I am doing so well with motivation and all, I am sure some of you are thinking this is the stuff dreams are made of and we will never actually see a finished project. You may be right, but I am hoping I can get a hold of it and run with the scissors I have been avoiding.

I need to get back into sewing too, it always sounds like a good idea until you're yelling at the machine and ripping seams all with a kink in your neck.

is this a book? or a program online? I've been feeling really adventurous lately and have had a VERY strong desire to learn how to sew...but I need some sort of class or direction.
